Sahar Zaidi, MD is a double board-certified (Adult and Child & Adolescent) psychiatrist with specialty training in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. With a strong focus on providing comprehensive mental health care, Dr. Zaidi is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges and achieve optimal well-being. She is highly skilled in treating anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and other psychiatric disorders.

Dr. Zaidi completed her general psychiatry training at the Delaware Psychiatry Residency Program, where she gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. Her commitment to serving the needs of younger populations led her to pursue further specialization in child and adolescent psychiatry. She completed her fellowship training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills in addressing the unique mental health concerns of children and teenagers.
